DVD Downloads - where are they?

Solution DVD Downloads are handled as below

1 You are SENT an email with a secure Download Link.

Click on the linka and enter your email and the unique password that is on your order email

Please check your SPAM / JUNK Folder BEFORE you open a support ticket.

E Mail can never be 100% reliable. Your order email should arrive within a few minutes of completed order.

If not... then go back to the shop here:

www.russellstutely.com/ashop

Click on the Customer Login button.

Enter your email and password

You will then see your order history

You can ALSO download your DVD from there.

IF You DID NOT REGISTER when you purchased... then click on the REGISTER BUTTON.

YOU MUST USE THE EMAIL that you purchased with. The system will then auto creat you as a registered customer from that email address.

You will then see your order history and be able to download from there.
