Before Opening a Ticket
Solution
Before you open a ticket, please check the Knowledgebase Articles. It is most likely that your question can be answered there first.
If the answer to your question is there.... then the support team will NOT answer your support ticket.
The Support desk is manned about 20 hours a Day, 6 Days a week. the team have other tasks as well so please do not expect a 2 minute support answer.
All tickets are handled in the order that they arrive.
